What is Plaid?
Plaid allows you to view your accounts from other institutions in Coloramo’s online banking. This provides an easier way for you to transfer funds to and from your other accounts outside of Coloramo. It uses the existing online sign-on process from those institutions, allowing for quick and easy access. Now, you will have the ability to easily move funds between your various accounts across different financial institutions.
How will you access Plaid?
Utilizing Plaid is simple! Log in to your Coloramo online banking via the website or the mobile app, as usual. Once you are logged in to online banking, you will see a button for Plaid. Clicking on the Plaid button will allow you to begin the process of linking your accounts from other financial institutions. Multiple accounts from the same institution can be linked, but only one can be linked at a time.
Step 1. Click the Plaid button in your Coloramo Online Banking to link an external account.
Step 2. Select your financial institution you would like to add.
Step 3. Log in using your existing credentials from that institution.
Step 4. Select the account you would like to add to Coloramo’s online banking platform (please only select one account at a time).
Step 5. You will see a confirmation screen once your account has been successfully added. Click “OK” to view your external account in your Coloramo Online Banking. And just like that, you are able to control everything in one convenient location!
Note: Not all institutions are compatible with Plaid. If your institution isn't showing up, plaid will indicate that it is not compatible with Plaid by stating “Institution Not Supported”. We do not have control over the accounts from other institutions that are displayed.
