We are upgrading our core system to support the services you count on and future enhancements.
Your login and app will stay the same. Here is how to plan for the upgrade weekend:

Expected restoration: Monday, December 7, 2026, by 6 a.m. Mountain Time.
Offices and drive-up lanes: Closed Saturday, December 5. Regular Sunday closure remains unchanged.

Plan ahead for the weekend
Before Friday, December 4, at 7 p.m. Mountain Time:
Check your available balance and keep track of weekend purchases and withdrawals. Card approvals do not tell you your available balance.
Complete time-sensitive mobile deposits or one-time external transfers beforehand. Contact us about the applicable service cutoff.
Review payments scheduled for December 5 or 6, especially if a payment is due that weekend. Arrange time-sensitive payments in advance.
What about my regular payroll deposit?
Your regular payroll and other routine incoming electronic credits will follow their normal processing schedule. Coloramo does not process ACH files or wires on Saturdays or Sundays. The conversion affects access to one-time services such as mobile check deposits and external transfers; it does not change normal deposit processing schedules.
What about a payment scheduled for December 5 or 6?
Scheduled payments and transfers affected by the outage will process once the system returns online and will have a December 7 effective date. Processing may occur earlier if service returns early. Payment due dates are not changing, so plan ahead if timing matters.
What if a conversion delay causes a fee?
Call 970-243-7280 if you believe a processing delay caused by the upgrade resulted in a fee. We will review the issue and correct fees attributable to the conversion delay.
Frequently asked questions
Accounts and access
Will my account number or checks change?
No. Your account and member numbers will remain the same, and your existing checks will remain valid.
Do I need to re-enroll or download a new app?
No. Use the same online banking username, password, and mobile app when access returns. No re-enrollment is needed.
Can I use person-to-person payments?
Services that require online or mobile banking, including person-to-person payments, will be unavailable while those systems are offline.
Statements, rates and payments
Will my statements, history and saved information remain?
Yes. Statements, transaction history, account alerts, saved payees, and linked external accounts will remain available after the upgrade. Transaction descriptions will use more plain-English detail and fewer codes.
Will my rates, fees or payment due dates change?
No. The upgrade will not change account rates, fees, or due dates. Processing delays can still affect the timing of individual transactions. Please review time-sensitive payments in advance.
After the upgrade
Will account services return together?
Yes. Online and mobile banking and their transaction services are expected to return together after the upgrade and data validations are complete. Check the status banner before signing in.
What should I check after access returns?
Review your balances, transactions, scheduled payments, and transfers. If something appears missing, duplicated, or incorrect, contact us before submitting the transaction again.
