Hayley McDonald

Hayley McDonald became part of the Coloramo family in March 2023 and quickly found a home in an organization that values community, connection, and heart. She began her journey as a Relationship Advisor at the 28 Rd branch and now serves as the Operations Supervisor in Fruita, where she leads the Teller line, educates members about Coloramo’s range of products, and builds lasting relationships within the local community. Hayley thrives in the fun, welcoming environment Coloramo is known for and genuinely enjoys getting to know the members she serves. Outside the office, she cherishes time with her son, adventures on hiking trails, and making meaningful memories with her family.
