Anthony restivo

President/ Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Restivo is the President and CEO of Coloramo Federal Credit Union. Anthony is an accomplished leader who brings more than 30 years’ experience and holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems. He takes pride in inspiring a team of highly skilled experts that are committed to using technology to enhance the human experience. In his role as CEO, Anthony is charting a course for the credit union’s future that will deliver an intuitive banking experience enhanced with human connections. 

Since joining the team in 2020, the team has enhanced their marketing efforts, streamlined new account and loan processes, introduced a robust member survey process, implemented an employee recognition system, and launched an intuitive digital banking platform. All of this has been achieved through a commitment to Make It Easy, Make It Valuable, and Make Our Team Members Experts. 

Anthony is passionate about building a strong foundation that will allow Coloramo members and the community to thrive. Under his leadership the credit union has achieved record growth and maintained exceptional member approval ratings. His team is bringing Humanity Back to Banking.

Amanda piering

Chief Financial Officer

Amanda Piering is the Chief Financial Officer of Coloramo Federal Credit Union. With over a decade of financial industry experience and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Amanda is an accomplished leader in the credit union. She also served as an interim CEO/President in 2020, successfully guiding credit union operations during the height of the pandemic.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Amanda spends a considerable portion of here time analyzing the organization’s financial strengths and opportunities. In addition, she leads the department heads responsible for Electronic Services, Collections, and Compliance. Amanda’s contributions and areas of responsibility are both significant and far reaching in the organization.

Amanda uses her strong financial and management skills to ensure the credit union’s resources – and her team – reach their full potential. She works hard to balance growth with maintaining community connection, ensuring the needs of every member are met.

Jeff Cyriacks

Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking

Jeff Cyriacks is the Senior VP of Commercial Banking at Coloramo Federal Credit Union. Jeff brings over 40 years of banking experience across a variety of roles to the credit union. He is also a licensed insurance agent and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as ABA Commercial Lending credentials.

Jeff takes pride in guiding and uplifting his team members by sharing the experience and knowledge he has gained from his years of experience in banking As Senior VP of Commercial Banking, Jeff is responsible for commercial lending, business development, personal and business account opening, residential and commercial construction lending, and credit underwriting.

Jeff is passionate about being an active and constructive part of the community. This passion is reflected in his work as he strives to make a difference today and help build a better future – not just for the credit union, but for the community.

Katie Turley

Senior Vice President of Marketing & Digital Experience

Katie Turley is the SVP of Marketing for Coloramo Federal Credit Union. Katie has a thorough knowledge of the financial industry thanks to her nearly 20 years of experience across several fields. She knows exactly how valuable teamwork is to the stability and future of any company.

 In her role, Katie is responsible for creating the organization’s marketing strategy, managing marketing budgets, and leading a highly creative team of artists in the creation of marketing collateral (video, digital, and print). As a member of the Executive Team, Katie leads the marketing group to work cooperatively with business partners to meet the strategic objectives that will continue to deliver future success for the Credit Union. 

 Katie is future-focused and a resourceful leader who is passionate about building collaborative relationships. She helps brings success to each project she joins. Katie is a dedicated team player who is committed to her role as an organized, innovative thinker.

Nicole Velarde

Senior Vice President of Member Experience

Nicole Velarde is the SVP of Member Experience at Coloramo Credit Union. Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her role as the result of almost 15 years of banking and credit union experience. She is passionate about helping all Coloramo Team Members explore their potential. She understands the value of expanding their knowledge and empowering them to make informed decisions.

As SVP of Member Experience, Nicole is responsible for leading the Branch Network, Contact Center, and Human Resources team members in their pursuit to deliver on our mission. Her teams are people focused and committed to helping our members reach their needs of today and their dreams for tomorrow. Nicole leads the organization’s efforts from start to finish on meeting that mission including training, streamlining processes, and delivering fast responses to member requests. There is a commitment to create an inclusive culture at Coloramo and Nicole’s team lead that charge.

Nicole understands the importance of relationships and strives every day to uphold the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.” She is dedicated to helping her team grow and helping credit union members pursue their goals.

Vice President of Human Resources

Nancy Pigg is the VP of Human Resources at Coloramo Federal Credit Union. Nancy has worked in the financial industry for 43 years, holding several management and support positions across her career. In 2007, she graduated from the CUNA Management School preparing her for a role in executive leadership.

As VP of Human Resources, Nancy is responsible for guiding the credit union’s decisions relating to all aspects of human resources. She oversees the payroll, benefits, and employee evaluation processes. She is an experienced mediator and valuable resource for Coloramo team members, helping them to navigate the details of the organization’s benefit plans and guiding them in their career development. As a passionate team member and talented, dedicated worker, Nancy knows exactly how important leadership is to the growth of the team and the credit union as a whole.

Nancy has witnessed the evolution of Coloramo, she has helped guide the credit union from a small institution to what it is today. Nancy is committed to making Coloramo the best credit union it can be.

Stephen Harrington

Vice President of Community Relations

Stephen Harrington is the VP of Community Relations for Coloramo Federal Credit Union. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management.

Steve has been with Coloramo for 22 years. He began his career at Coloramo as the Director of Marketing & Business Development, from 2001 through 2016. From 2017 to September 2022, he was the VP of Information Technology.

Steve is happy to now be out building relationships with businesses in the area, to offer customer financing. He visits local auto dealers to build relationships, and he loves that his position allows him to be a proud Rotary Member! Steve participates in and attends community events to represent Coloramo Federal Credit Union. Steve also speaks Spanish and is fluent in Portuguese.
