• Switch Kit

Use the switch kit to help you change your direct deposits, automatic withdrawals, and to close your old bank accounts when you switch to Coloramo Federal Credit Union.  Each file below is able to be filled in so that you may type in your information and then print it out.  If you prefer to print a blank form and fill it in by hand, you may do that as well.  Please call and ask for a Member Service Representative if you have any questions about filling out the forms. 

• Coloramo Scholarship Application

As part of our tradition, Coloramo is sponsoring THREE college scholarships!  One is the Coloramo FCU $1,000 scholarship awarded to one of our members. The applicant may be enrolled in any college or vocational school!

You may pick up an application at any one of our locations or click here to download the application.  Type your responses in the open fields and then print it out and drop off the completed application or mail it back to us.  Please be sure the application is signed!  It is not valid without a signature.   The deadline for the 2012 scholarship is May 11th.  Please turn in your completed application by this date in order to be considered.

• CAT Coloramo Audio Teller

Check out our new automated telephone teller system!  Click here for the new menu.  It is easy to use and gives you access to your account information 24/7.  Just dial 1-866-772-8281 and enter your PIN.  This is separate from your ATM PIN.  If you do not have a telephone PIN or have forgotten it, a teller can set it up for you. 

• Opt In Form for Overdraft Advance

Print out, sign, and turn in this form to enroll in Overdraft Advance to allow your personal checking account to overdraw up to $350 with use of your debit card and ATM withdrawals.

• Change of Address Form

It is necessary to complete a Change of Address Form if your physical and/or mailing address or contact information changes. As a financial institution, we have ‘Return Service Requested’ printed on the statement envelopes.  Coloramo mail will not be automatically forwarded if you move.  It is up to you to change your address and phone numbers with us.  We need you to fill out and sign a Change of Address Form.  Ways to change your address:

The primary member must sign it and fax it to 970-241-9726, drop it off in one of our night drop boxes, or bring it to any of our branches.
